Mama Fish was a great start to our day out in Brighton. The whole family enjoyed our lunch. The staff was very attentive and friendly. "This a lovely find on the beach! The lady that runs it is very friendly and you can tell they really care about serving only the freshest fried chips and fish. The price is very reasonable considering the freshness and portion sizes and beachfront location. There can be a tiny wait but it’s worth it as it looks like they fry everything to order so you get piping hot crispy fish and chips. We got the scampi, “cod-dog”, and a regular cod and chips and it was all very tasty. Don’t skip the homemade tartar sauce! Would definitely come back here next time we’re in town."
